Dad, dog owner, perpetual student. Still haven't figured out how to relax. This site is proof, and an outlet.

About

I'm a product leader with six years at Visa, working at the intersection of payments infrastructure, developer platforms, and product strategy. My job has always been to figure out what should be built — and make sure it actually ships.

The projects on this site aren't hobbies. They're how I stay sharp. I build things that solve problems I run into, test hypotheses I'm curious about, and prove — to myself and anyone paying attention — that I haven't outsourced execution to someone else.

Outside of work: I grew up between Ukraine and Israel, which gave me a natural comfort with ambiguity and a tendency to see problems from angles others miss. I'm raising a two-year-old and an Australian Shepherd, fitting in travel wherever I can, and always enrolled in some course on something I don't yet know.

Projects
Card Optimizer Live

A tool that figures out which credit card to use for any given purchase — maximizing points, cashback, and rewards across your entire wallet. Built because I was leaving money on the table every time I tapped to pay.

Hypothesis: most people have the right cards but use them wrong. The optimization happens before checkout, not after.

Fridge to Fork In Progress

Take a photo of your fridge, add a few details, get recipes that actually use what you already have. No more "I have ingredients but nothing to cook" — the problem is framing, not ingredients.

Hypothesis: recipe discovery fails because it starts from recipes, not from what's available. Invert the model.

Writing
My Wife Just Wants to Know Which Card to Use. So I Built Something. New

Experimenting with AI to finally solve a simple but surprisingly annoying problem — and what deciding what not to build taught me more than the building itself.
